Event Acknowledgment Terms

1. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Tickets
   All ticket purchases are final. Participants acknowledge that tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of personal circumstances.
2. Assumption of Risk
   Participants acknowledge that attending the cruise involves inherent risks (including travel by boat and outdoor exploration) and agree to participate at their own risk.
3. Liability Waiver
   Participants release and hold harmless the organizing body from any liability for injuries, loss, or damages incurred during the event.
4. Punctuality Requirement
   Participants understand that check-in is strictly at 11:30 AM, and late arrivals may not be accommodated or refunded.
5. Weather & Operational Changes
   The organization reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel the event due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Compliance with Crew Instructions
   All attendees agree to follow instructions provided by cruise staff and event organizers at all times for safety reasons.
7. Personal Belongings Responsibility
   Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organization is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
8. Health & Fitness to Participate
   Participants confirm they are physically able to take part in the cruise and island exploration activities.
9. Food & Beverage Policy
   Participants acknowledge that no outside food or drinks are permitted onboard, and that onboard purchases require separate payment.
